TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, Norman B. McFadden II and Laura N. McFadden, husband and wife, by their certain Deed of Trust, dated March 22, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Callaway County, Missouri, in Book No. 221 for Trust Deeds, at Page 678 conveyed to Thomas K. Riley in trust, to secure the payment of the note in said Deed of Trust described, the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Callaway County, Missouri, to wit: The following described part of Lot Nine (9) of Highland Terrace, a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Nine (9), Township Forty-seven (47), Range Nine (9) as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book No. 3 at page 63, Records of Callaway County, Missouri, to-wit: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence North along the East line thereof, 62-1/2 feet; thence West, parallel with North line of said lot 115 feet; thence south parallel with east line of said lot to the North side of the Supplementary State Highway Route Z; thence Northeasterly along the North line of said Highway to the POINT OF BEGINNING; And now known as Part of Block 162 of the New City Plat in the City of Fulton, Missouri. SUBJECT to Easements, Restrictions and Set Back Lines of record. WHEREAS, under the provisions in said Deed of Trust contained, the said note is now due and collectible and remains unpaid; now, therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I will, on Monday, August 6, 2018, between the hours of nine (9:00) o'clock in the forenoon and five (5:00) o'clock in the afternoon, and more specifically, at one o'clock (1:00) o'clock P.M. of said day, at the front door of the Courthouse, in the City of Fulton, Missouri, sell the above described real estate at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in hand, for the purpose of paying said note and interest, and the cost and expense of executing this trust.
